Any property built before 2000 may contain asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). You cannot tell by looking. The only way to know for certain is a professional survey and laboratory analysis.
Our surveyors carry out management surveys, refurbishment surveys, and demolition surveys — all in accordance with HSG264 guidance. Samples are sent to UKAS-accredited laboratories.
